The UPass is here! From the Feds web site this morning, the UPass will come in effect on GRT buses starting on September 1st. All you have to do is flash your Watcard and off you go!
No, it doesn’t seem like they’ve bothered to install any card readers to check on these Watcards. This might mean that your Watcards are still worth some money for the free bus rides that you can get after you graduate.
