I just started playing with my roommates guitar this week. Having played violin before, it wasn’t too long before I had the notes figured out. But the 6 strings is proving to be slightly more of a challenge than the 4-stringed violins. I haven’t played a string instrument at all for the past few years that I am at Waterloo, so my fingers have to get used to pressing hard on the strings again too.

Right now I am trying to teach myself to play 知足 by 五月天. Maybe when I am comfortable enough with the A1 section, I’ll put up a small clip The chorus part is a bit challenging so I’ll put that off for now haha.
