I just finished packing about 80% of my stuff and I am about to go shower and call it quites for the day. But this term, the packing was done a lot quicker than I had thought it would take me. There’s also a lot less boxes for some reason.
Then it hit me.
More than a third of all of the stuff that gets moved in and out of the storage that I have in Waterloo is kitchen appliances! I guess if you really must know, eating does come to a priority. In terms of the other stuff, all I got really is a big tupper-bin for my sheets and blanket. A few more boxes for the printer, wireless router and LCD monitor. Then, there’s another box and a half for my stationery and room decoration (lights, etc.). But for the kitchen there’s….
- Coffee machine
- Kettle
- Pots and pans
- More pots and pans
- Cutlery
- Tons of different spices
- Other non-perishables
- Full set of kitchen knives
- Rice cooker
- Hand mixer
- Baking pans
And they all get moved around in their own boxes. I think the coffee machine actually is the biggest box by volume. I suppose I should cut back on the food to make up for the size of the coffee machine. =P
