Passport Renewed!

I just got my passport back in the mail today. I was really surprised that it took only a week to get it done through the mail! I went to renew it last week figuring that I am likely to end up outside of Canada for my next work term. I thought it would take [...]

Iced Tea

Hmmm. I have seen to forgotten that “iced tea” in the US means tea with ice cubes, sugar optional. Doh.

Off to Los Angeles

I’m on the cab on the way to the airport now rocking the punjab music lol. This is my first time flying to/from a US airport since September 11th. So it’ll be interesting to go through the “new” airport security for the first time. (:p it’s new to me) It also looks like the hotel [...]

Shopping in Taiwan

Rawr, today’s my last night in Taiwan. There’s still so many things that I want to get, but the credit card tends to disagree with me with the car insurance coming along the way. But I think my favourite place to go to for shopping in Taipei goes to 東區 and 信義區.

Its been a while since my last update and because Richard reminded me that I haven’t wrote anything in a while, I’ll write a bit about what I’ve been up to. Au revoir Waterloo et Vancouver

I am blogging this from YVR’s free-fi network. =D I left Waterloo right after the ECE 251 exam which went sort of ok, except for this one really weird question that I don’t think any one got. It was quite the hectic agenda since a lot of things are happening at once! I got picked [...]

Sort of a sad realisation

I just finished packing about 80% of my stuff and I am about to go shower and call it quites for the day. But this term, the packing was done a lot quicker than I had thought it would take me. There’s also a lot less boxes for some reason. Then it hit me.

Confirmed for Hong Kong!

Hurray! I am now confirmed to be in Hong Kong on December 19th at night! My return flight is actually billed in HKD, so that makes the flight a whole lot cheaper than the “standard” Canadian rates. Only middle parts of my travel plans are unconfirmed right now, but here’s what my travel plan looks [...]
